Our delivery team will arrange for your items to reach you within 1 to 2 weeks after purchase.
Once your order is ready for dispatch, we will contact you to confirm your delivery date and time.

What happens on the day of delivery?
On your delivery day:
We will contact you in advance to confirm the delivery schedule.
Our driver will call you on the day of delivery with a 4-hour time window.
We provide a two-person delivery service — our team will bring your furniture inside and place it carefully into the room of your choice.
For added convenience, we will also unpack and set up your sofa or bed if needed.
We want your delivery experience to be as smooth and easy as possible!
Can I track my order?
Yes!
Once your order is scheduled for delivery, you will be kept informed throughout the process.

What if my furniture doesn't fit?
Before placing your order, we recommend double-checking the dimensions provided on each product page.
It’s important to ensure your new furniture can pass through doorways, hallways, stairs, and fits into the chosen room.
